Ingredients
- 25-30ml Fraiser
- 15-30ml Strawberry puree (depending on personal taste)
- Prosecco (or fizz)
- 1 strawberry (1 for garnish)
- Cubed ice
Equipment
- Mixing tin or glass
- Hawthorn strainer
- Bar spoon
- Champagne flute
Method 1
1. Add Fraiser, strawberry puree and a splash of prosecco to mixing tin or glass and stir gently with bar spoon. Just enough for bubbles to diminish.
2. Pour contents of tin into champagne flute.
3. Top with more prosecco.
4. Garnish with strawberry.
5. Be Fabulous.
Method 2
1. Add strawberry puree into bottom of champagne flute.
2. Layer Fraiser onto strawberry puree with bar spoon.
3. Layer prosecco onto Fraiser and strawberry puree with bar spoon.
4. Top with more prosecco if required.
5. Garnish with strawberry.
6. Congratulate yourself. And Be Even More Fabulous.
